This Agreement governs the use of services ("Services") provided by LedgisterRummy via the official website, www.aurabyte.co.in, and its corresponding mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform") as well as any associated software ("Software"). By engaging with any of the Services, you are deemed to have consented to all terms herein.
1.2 Should any provision of this Agreement be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions. Any inaction, delay, or failure by LedgisterRummy to exercise its rights or remedies under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights concerning past, concurrent, or subsequent breaches.

2.2 LedgisterRummy reserves the right to amend, modify, or alter any provisions of this Agreement at its discretion. Changes shall be communicated via appropriate means, such as notifications or updates on the Platform. By continuing to utilize the Services after changes are communicated, you implicitly accept the revised terms. If you disagree with the modifications, you may terminate your engagement by notifying us.
The proprietary rights of the "LedgisterRummy" brand name and associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the Platform, Services, Software, and any derivative materials, rest solely with LedgisterRummy. Utilization of any proprietary elements without express written authorization from the Company is strictly prohibited.
4.1 To engage with the Services, Users must establish a virtual account ("Account") per the procedures outlined in Section 6 and furnish accurate, truthful, and complete information.
4.2 Participation in "Practice Games" is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older who possess the legal competence to enter into contracts.
4.3 Participation in "Cash Games" requires compliance with the following criteria:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must reside in India and ensure adherence to the legal provisions applicable within your jurisdiction.
Residents of Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat (in the case of Poker) are prohibited from participating in Cash Games.
A valid PAN and Aadhaar number must be linked to your Account.
4.4 Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria results in forfeiture of access to Cash Games and any associated winnings.
4.5 Users may encounter objectionable content posted by other participants. Reporting such instances to LedgisterRummy is encouraged, and appropriate action will be taken at the Company’s discretion.
4.6 Attempts to access Services from restricted regions through tools such as IP or GPS masking (e.g., Fake GPS applications) constitute a violation of this Agreement and will lead to immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal actions.
4.7 By using the Platform, you affirm that you are not politically exposed, have no criminal convictions, and are not listed under any UN sanctions.
5.1 LedgisterRummy facilitates skill-based games, including Rummy, Poker, and Fantasy Games, accessible through its Platform.
5.2 The Services are expressly designed to foster games of skill, emphasizing strategic interaction among users.
5.3 Participation in Cash Games incurs a service charge, which may vary depending on the game type and is duly disclosed.
5.4 As per taxation regulations effective October 1, 2023, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 28% is levied on all deposits. Deposits reflect GST-inclusive amounts, and the credited balance excludes this deduction. GST collected is remitted to relevant authorities.
5.5 Users are solely liable for any indirect taxes applicable to their winnings or game participation, as prescribed by prevailing legislation.
6.1 Accounts consist of three compartments:
Deposits Account: Contains user deposits.
Bonus Account: Holds promotional amounts.
Winnings Account: Reflects earnings from Cash Games.
6.2 Accounts are strictly individual and non-transferable.
6.3 Users are obligated to provide verifiable and accurate details during registration. Inaccuracies or omissions may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of access.
6.4 Operating multiple Accounts is prohibited and subject to punitive actions, including forfeiture of associated funds.
6.5 Users bear the responsibility of safeguarding their account credentials and are discouraged from sharing sensitive information.
6.6 The awarding of prizes is contingent solely on user performance and does not guarantee monetary rewards.
7.1 Maintaining a positive cash balance is requisite for engaging in Cash Games.
7.2 Withdrawals are permitted exclusively from the Winnings Account and are subject to verification processes, compliance, and Company-defined policies.
7.3 Anti-fraud measures are rigorously applied. Violations, including manipulative activities, result in forfeiture of winnings and additional sanctions.
7.4 The Company reserves the right to manage dormant balances per predefined intervals, either through forfeiture or refunding residual amounts.
8.1 Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that constitute fraud, collusion, money laundering, or unauthorized content dissemination.
8.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of LedgisterRummy are restricted from participating in Cash Games unless authorized for controlled testing purposes.
8.3 Users impersonating others or providing false profile information may face corrective measures, including account suspension.
Adherence to periodically updated Game Rules is mandatory. These rules form an integral component of this Agreement and are accessible under the "About Games" section of the Platform.
10.1 LedgisterRummy disclaims liability for technical disruptions originating from user-side connectivity issues. Refunds or remedies are available only in the event of server failures attributable to the Company.
10.2 Users must ensure a stable internet connection to avoid disruptions during gameplay.
11.1 This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
11.2 Jurisdiction over disputes is exclusively vested in the courts of Chennai, India.
